Voting ideas

The voting numbers look promising from the crate idea with the faction startup. The problem is, factions playing is beginning to trail off rapidly. Could there be a better incentive on the townie side to increase voting on that side? Maybe they could pick the crate key on faction or something on townie side... If not I think something to try to boost factions play again. Just ideas...

I was unsuccessfully trying to use crates in towny as a server donation incentive but since that doesn't seem to interest the public I may replace it with another and just add crates to towny.

I'm open to faction ideas. We run a little short handed during creative server time but if the idea aren't too moderator intensive I'd be happy to implement them
