I am 16 years old and my name is Blake. I’m currently a sophomore in Highschool with a knack for electronics and programming. I am available 8ish hours throughout the week during peak server times. On the weekends I am on 6 - 8 hours.
I'm interested in becoming staff because...

In the past I was an Admin on a smaller-sized server and had a passion for them and for technology alike, the server was roughly the same size as this one. As a kid I always had interests in helping others and overachieving in technology, I would not only take apart computers and learn how to rebuild them, I would try to learn new codes such as Java script and get familiar with it just in cases just like this and that's why I always strive to learn something new and to become a better person each and every day. As an admin I would usually help out around the community, and do patch testing. Because of my past experiences on servers,
I am familiar with the basics of a majority of Plugins well-known servers use today such as ClearLag, World Edit, World and Chest Protections, and [lift up/down] signs. From a coding stand point I am proficient in C++, JQL database coding, and Javascript. I have some experience with Java, and I am always looking for new projects to grow my knowledge with it. Outside of the more technical parts of being an admin. I am very flexible and team oriented. I think that my past experience as an admin has improved both my communication skills, and my community management skills.

Although I am relatively new to your community, and not very well versed on the ins and outs of your server, but I am a quick learner, and I am never too shy to ask a questions to other staff. Thank you for taking the time to read and/or respond to this.
