i_am_the_turtle for mod

i have no experience with the plugins or teamspeak commands.
i will be able to b on every weekend from when i get up anywhere between 8 and 11 and untill i go to bed at 10:30pm or later.
i am good for late night patrol and being on teamspek and helping when other mods are busy.
