New plugin called slimefun

Some of this looks rather cool and fun. Some of it could be a pain. Looks like a lot of stuff. I like the idea of soul bound items and have seen something similar. The teleporters and some of the talismans would be great. The autonomous machines, chunk loaders, and some of the advanced things could be a game changer due to added strain on the server. Things like the soul-forge (repairs spawners that you can get with a special pick), jetpacks, and rocket boots may be deemed over powered. Could be good, but offers many areas for possible abuse.
